So we brewed beer for the first time. I ordered a beer kit from The Brewers Market, a Canadian-based micro-brewery that sells grains pre-mixed as well as the hops and yeast you need to brew your own beer. It was an extremely interesting and eye-opening process. And this is what I've learned...
